Gia Huy Ngo (he/him) is a graphic designer based in Chicago, IL specializing in brand identity and motion graphics.

I am a rising senior-year graphic design student at Columbia College Chicago.


My design education encompasses composition, typography, colors, motion principles, and marketing in order to create various impactful works in graphic design (poster design, web design, brand identity, music album cover art, and motion design).

Military Experience

Besides my primary career as a graphic designer, I also serve in the U.S. Army Reserve as a 12N – Horizontal Construction Engineer. During my initial military training, I completed Basic Combat Training (10 weeks) and Advanced Individual Training (8 weeks), where I developed physical fitness, discipline, and the technical skills required for both general military duties and my specific occupational specialty. My current unit is located at Homewood, IL, USA.

I am originally from Ho Chi Minh city (Sai Gon), Vietnam. I have moved to live in the U.S with my family since 2020.

  • My hobbies are listening to music, doing cardio running and studying Bible.
  • Things that I hate are communism and myself at 18.
